外部への視覚を遮断され、外からはマジックミラー越しに内部を鑑賞できる小屋を、ギャラリー内に設置。小屋の中で水野は、渋谷で捕まえたネズミの「チュウ」と、東京都が設置した駆除用トラップに掛かっていたカラスの「カータン」とともに、21日間の展覧会期中、防犯カメラで監視されながら生活した。餌付けに成功したカータンは、水野の足に留まるなど距離を縮めていたが、突然に体調を崩して 10 日目に死亡する。感情移入していた水野は、カータンを食べ、剥製にすることで弔った。チュウとの生活は会期終了まで続き、水野には飼うつもりもあったが、その後、やはり野生に返すと決めて路上に放した。

In a small shelter set up in the gallery, Mizuno spent 21 days of the exhibition period together with Chu, a rat caught by Chim↑Pom in Shibuya, and Katan, a crow captured in a trap laid by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. They were being watched through an one-way mirror while being visually blocked from the inside, and lived under the surveillance of security cameras. Katan was quite tame and became friendly with Mizuno, sometimes resting on his legs, but it suddenly died on the 10th day. Mizuno mourned over the death by eating Katan and then stuffing its body. He had intended to keep Chu as his pet, but he finally released it and let it return to the wild.
